Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Claire massively helped boost my confidence in the gym, within the first session I had overcome my fear of being in the weights section! She accommodated the workout perfectly and tried to push me further with excercises I would never normally try.
I have always struggled with going to the gym as I was always worried that I wasn't using the equipment right or that my position was wrong. Due to this and lockdown related stress my motivation to do exercise decreased and I fell into greater cycles of inactivity. However, since working with Claire I have gained confidence in being able to achieve the challenges she sets me. Claire is a very understanding and motivating PT. She has adjusted workouts accordingly due to my existing injured shoulder and helped me correct my form when I have struggled to activate the correct muscles.
